Clients who do not follow the terms and conditions, could find their entire website, reseller or server account entirely suspended and/or terminated, with or without any prior notice, including your clients websites. The interpretation of these guidelines is at the sole discretion of Pluto Hosting.

Our Copyright Infringement Policy This policy is very important when it comes to copyright infringement, etc. and submitting CDPA & DMCA takedown requests. We respect the intellectual property rights of others, and so we deal with these matters very seriously.

Our Domains Policy outlines how we handle domain registrations, transfers & renewals.

Our Mail Policy outlines how we handle emails and what restrictions there are within our network.

Our Offensive Content Policy outlines what what you & we can do within our network regarding information that you may find offensive.

Our Payments Policy outlines the payment & refund policies we operate and how our payments system works.

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we handle & what we do with your information and on what conditions we keep your data to.

Our Resource Abuse Policy outlines what what resource restrictions you are subject to within our network.

Our Service Level Agreement outlines that if we do not meet our uptime guarantee for any reason, it will show you the amount of service credit you are entitled to, along with the time frame for making a valid SLA claim with us.

Our Terms of Service outlines what general terms you are tied to when hosted on any our services, and not just Shared & Reseller Hosting plans.

You, as the author of your pages, take full responsibility for its contents. As the author, you state your page contains nothing illegal, obscene, pornographic, degrading or abusive to another person, including pages that promote hate group propaganda and child pornography. As the author, you also state that nothing on your page is copyrighted material and that any links to other servers have been approved by that organization. As the author, you also state that nothing on your page infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party or causes damage to anyone's computer by the means of allowing the hosting of malware on your account.

If you are an authorised reseller of Pluto Hosting, you also take full responsibility for your clients contents. As the hosting provider, it is your job to ensure your clients are abiding by our terms and conditions, as well as any of your own you may add, and to check the sites regularly, as it is not our job as your upstream provider, to do the job for you.

You agree that Pluto Hosting has the right to contact the account owner, suspend and/or remove any account or page it determines, in its sole discretion, has violated these rules to cancel the membership and take any action against the owner with whatever measures that will be deemed appropriate. This includes any legal action and disclosing information to law enforcement authorities and other interested third parties.

Clients who are in breach of these rules, agree to pay Pluto Hosting for any loss, claim, damage and/or expenses (including attorneys fees) arising from or in connection with the contents of any personal home pages or of any chat or messages on a bulletin board found to be infringing or illegal.

We wish to emphasize that in agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree that for any violation that is caused, which results in loss to us, or the bringing of any claim against us by any third-party that causes us to be sued because of a you or one of your client's activity, you will pay any damages awarded against us, plus all costs & attorney's fees.

You agree that you are 16 years of age or older before using our paid services, as the protection of children's on-line privacy is very important to us here at Pluto Hosting. For that reason, it is our policy not to collect or maintain information at our websites from those we actually know are under the age of 16 and no part of our websites are structured to attract anyone at the age.

Pluto Hosting makes no guarantee as to availability of it service. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Pluto Hosting excludes all liability with respect to accuracy, content or availability of information on its web site. The materials in this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
