Fast Support

Pluto Hosting will guarantee fast support for you unless otherwise specified. We have a 12 hour response time and a maximum of a 48 hour resolution time. These times will get shorter and shorter as we get more staff available on the team. Should you feel that this is not being met, please see our Service Level Agreement about some credit.

Value For Money

All our main prices are cheap and affordable for everyone, so there is no need to break into a bank or cost you an arm, or a leg, to pay for it. We are also very flexible when it comes to payments so if there ever comes a time where you may need to delay payment, we will happily assist you.

No Extra Cost

Unlike other hosts, we do not charge extra for paying monthly! Whatever cycle you choose, the monthly price will always be the same!

Month

If you pay on the Semi-Annually billing cycle, your sixth month within the billing cycle will be free!

Free Domain

If you pay on the Annually billing cycle, your last 2 months within the billing cycle will be free and you'll get a free domain too!
